Associate Attorney

Diana Leonida began her legal career as a research attorney for the San Francisco Superior Court Unified Family Court (UFC) in 2004. She provided legal support to the family law judges and received extensive experience in researching and writing about complex cases in family and juvenile law. In January 2008, Diana became a staff attorney for the UFC. In her new role, she was a co-case manager for the UFC running the self-represented litigants' calendar and assisting in the implementation of the case resolution calendar. She provided legal services in support, custody, visitation, property division, parentage, and divorce to self-represented litigants at the San Francisco Superior Court Family Law Self Help Center.

Diana attended Golden Gate University School of Law, where she was an editor for law review, a member of the Honor's Lawyering Program, and graduated in the top 5% of the class. During her third year of law school, Diana was a judicial extern for the Honorable Katherine Feinstein at the UFC. She earned her bachelor's degree in history from the University of San Francisco. Prior to law school, Diana was a legal assistant for Stephen Ruben of the Ruben Law Firm where her interest in family law took root. She is happy to return to the firm as a family law attorney.

Diana lives in San Francisco with her husband and two daughters.
